Frank grunts acknowledgement. When the waitress comes over for their order, he suggests an order of fried ravioli for the table while they wait for the boyfriend, and asks for another place setting.

"Ahha...mom? I do...it can wait. In fact it'll have to" A pleading tone not to pursue this

The waitress complies , of course and tends to it

An eyebrow and some concern...but... "Of course. It is...not my business."

"Can I order the Tagliatelle with bolognese sauce?" Siv asks

"I have no objection to this," Brekke nods, figuring out her own order.

"I've never tried it before" she says

"It is essentially flat spaghetti with meat sauce, if I recall correctly. But I am sure Lucia's family must make it deliciously."

Bancroft enters in. His eyes searching, he is lead to their table. The poor thane, trapped by mortal customs, has to fight the urge to bow. Instead he just sys "Mr and Mrs. King? thank you for this. " A smile at Siv "You look lovely, Siv."

Frank stands (carefully because of all the small people around) and offers Bancroft his hand. "Thank you for coming."

Brekke nods a welcome to the boy as he sits. "You know...I do not know what you would like to be called here."

The sidhe takes it "My honor, sir" he shakes firm enough. "Brian or Brant as pleases you, Mrs. King"

"Ah." Another nod, and then she is not quite sure what to say.

Frank shakes, and sits.

He takes his seat ,very proper and prim. Then his eyes widen at something, and he says "I think spaghetti for me"

The waitress returns and they all order; Frank has the chicken parm with spaghetti.

A blink at Bancroft, and then to Siv, but she doesn't comment. Her order is the calamari.

Siv looks very pleased...must be the ambiance.

Salads come with the orders. Once all have selected their meals and the waitress has departed, Frank clears his throat with a rumble, shooting Brekke a heavy glance. "So. Siv, spring break is coming up in April. We'd like to visit Jessica."

She’s curious about that look in his eye, but doesn’t comment yet.

"Well, assuming I can come along and ou don't need me to guard the lodge, I'd like that too" She says

Frank nods. "All of us going is kind of the point."

“Yes, Siv, we want us to spend time together as a family.”

She looks to Bancroft "So, I guess I'll be out then"

"Of course," He says as if that is only right "Would you like me to visit the lodge to check on your trees?"

then he adds, "Assuming the Chieftain is okay with that too?"

A look to both daughter and mother

A slightly bemused look. “I do not mind...although here we use no titles,” she murmurs the last with a glance at the neighboring tables.

The sidhe winces "I apologize. Mrs. King. This is why my employer mostly has me on watch"

A curious look. “I do not understand.”

Siv says "It would be nice, but it's still my responsibility, so if you find a problem with them text me and I'll deal with it. Either when I get bac or I'll rush home early"

"Ah, Mr. K is in charge of sneaky stuff. I'm nt always good at maintining sneaky" The thane explains

“Ah, yes. He is.” Brekke looks fond at the description. “He always has been.”

Frank frowns. "I am?"

"wrong mr. K, sir"..Mr. K of Teaneck" Bancroft says

"Oh goodness," Siv starts to get tickled 'If this were a spy mission I think we'd be shot already"

"Oh."

Brekke chuckles slightly. “How are things in Teaneck, Brian.”

"It was very busy for a time, Not necessarily as busy as what I understand you had on groundhog's day but our own celebrations got out of hand here and there. " he sighs "I had to break up a few drunks. One gentleman decided that if he drank colored liquors he shold be able to paint in the snow even without snow..he was very tanked, and got into a fight with the owner of yard... the two clashed, I had to break it up without causing harm to either"

Frank's lips twist slightly.

Siv flat out chuckles

Brekke shakes her head, bemused. “Fortunately, we had no troubles of that nature. However, there were some bikers who threatened some of our performers. They are gone.”

"I had heard. Mr. Teaneck looked over a report" the Thane says

"I have to admit, those bikers sounded formidible. I wouldn't have envied that task" he says stoic but impressed

"It was well-handled." Frank says with a certain amount of pride.

“Well...” Brekke shrugs slightly, “I suppose the phrase is ‘I just lit a Fire under them.’ They moved.”

"Wish I could have seen you at work, mum and da" Proud look from Siv .To be fair, she gave no grief then, nor now. She was very thorough in handling the lodge while they were gone and seeing to guests. She is still a teenager so she grins at Brian "They won motorcyles . isn't that just the way? I can't even drive my car yet and mom and dad are off zipping around playing steppenwulf"

the image of the distinguished duo riding around like hells angels seems to cause hte reserved young man a bit of amusement, and his lip twitches
