Lucia sighs "Zane's not answering texts"

Sam adds. "Neither is Sy..."

Siv opens her mouth to say something ,then "Actually, it kind of is."

"Relax...I think Sam just got a text back" Lucia says "Any news on one of the boys, Sam?"

bloop "AND Zane AND Dirk?"

"She's so tall I can't even peek over her shoulder" Lucia mutters

Siv rolls her eyes/Lucia hurumphs, "Sluagh. Getting them to share a secret is like pulling teeth and they don't have any. That's why they'll always be the second best information network among the kithain"

"I Know, people still assume sluagh know more and..."//Eden coughs "Lucia, she's talking aobut us being good girls and studying hard while the boys are doing Michael Bay Movies"//"oh"

"I wanna go do cool stuff." She huffs.

"Classes are almost over anyway, one more period." Siv says

"SO you might as well stick around" She adds

"I know. Can't skip or I don't play."

"Cheer squad is the same way" Lucia says.

"They should respect our need to quest!"

Eden nods "Susan B Anthony could not be beat with a battle axe"

After school that day, Dagmar is free to ... text again.

Where as Symon is getting a lecuture as is Dirk.

"I cannot believe the two of you decided it was okay to skip school. Symon, you KNOW how important your school is to your father, and Dirk, your grades are already in dire need... now whose idea was this and what were you up to?"

Anne Marie looks over both boys

Thin lipped and silent, he just shrugs a bit, then whispers, hesitantly. “It’s just been... so stressful lately. And Dirk has been trying hard... just thought maybe a break would help...”

"I just hate school" Dirk snorts.

"And that's it? That's all that's going on?" The boggan looks at them SUSpiciously

A flicker of a glance over to Dirk, then he nods. “Yes’m.”

"Oh... I need waders for this..." The boggan says with a huff "fine. YOU two are grounded. Both of you, and do not cross me on this or I will find ways so help me." She holds out her hand "Symon, your phone"

He flinches, eyes widening at that. A hand flies over his pocket protectively. “But...But...”

"The longer you take to hand it over, the longer I'm going to decide to keep it," She advises. Where is the annoying marshemellow of a soft step mother?

He scowls and angrily jerks it from his pocket, and thrusts it out to her. “Fine. Whatever.”

She takes it "You'll get it back tomorrow night. DEPENDING On how it goes . Dirk? Your knife"

He grumbles and pulls out his switch blade. "Here."

He doesn't show the blades "This sucks" he sighs

She takes it, "And the shiv in your stompers"

His eyes widen a touch at that. She knew about those?
