"You mean like with...." And she stops suddenly, blankly. After a moment. "Huh...I had half a memory there, but can't figure out who it was about...."

"Huh?" Startled "Was it someone round here?"

"I...kind of?" She frowns hard, looking off as she tries to track down the memory. "Only it was the girl who got her heart stomped on....and it was because the guy was oblivious...but I can't figure out who...."

"Oh. yeah, guys can do that too" he nods "Some use it as cruel games. I prefer US. Maybe we're still learning, but we're working together on it" A smile

"Yeah. I like that part." Another half-hearted attempt to remember, then she shakes her head. "Oh well." She finishes off her burger.

When she finishes, he says "Spot of mustard. I'll get" And gives her kiss on the edge of her lips

She grins. "Hey, what if I was saving that?"

"Then I am a cad with no regrets" smug

"Yeah, but we knew that," she points out reasonably, her own smile a bit smug.

He laughs, "Let's get you back to the lodge, as slowly as you like" He takes her hand and guides her out when she's ready. Annd if there are kisses under trees, it's a good way to stay warm.
