Tove says "yes, I'm curious about this Dairy Queen"

"The Queen of all Dairies."

"we'll, not to cast doubts, but the proof is in the tasting" She says a bit of a challenge

"Just wait and see!" And Dagmar leads the way to Jayme's pickup.

Dairy Queen is happy for the business! Boy are they. Sure, they sell hot things too, but so many forget that.

And Tove , guided by Dagmar,tries her first dipped cone. Her eyes light up "Oh...oh my"

"What is it with women and chocolate?" Jaymes says as he sips his coffee

"It's delicious. Duh."

"Yes," Tove says "Duh"

"Ice cream is for winners."

"I'll remember that" " tove grins "And this is soft serve? delicious"

"Yeah. There's this whole fancy machine for it..."

"Once, I went to a buffet, and the buffet had ice cream like this!"

"mmm" Tove gets ideas "Need to talk to Kerri"

And yes, plans unfold

(Repost)A sigh, and Sylvi claims Colton's arm as she reaches them. "Hi. Who's your friend?"

Colton says "This is... ... Actually we just met ," he says then looks at the girl "Andi?"

"Brandi" the girl says trying and failing at not looking offended

"Oh, hi Brandi. You're with the losing team?" Sylvi smiles sweetly. "Good game."

"Thanks" Brandi says through tight teeth "Except I go here. I guess you're just not in my class. I mean, classes"

"Probably not. Freshman class." She snuggles up next to Colton's arm....yes, a freshman got this handsome guy.

"You want to celebrate, Sylvi?" Colton says and puts arm around Sylvi "Maybe some place to eat for the cheer queen?"

"Oh, that sounds good. I just burned about a bazillion callories out there...burgers and fries?" Yeah, girl, I don't have to starve myself.

Oh Brandi glares "Well, it was nice meeting you, Colton. Enjoy your..fine dining at Mickey D'" And she flounces off.

Colton watches her go "Was it just me, or does she not like you?" Socially swuft at times

"I've never met the girl before...but yeah." Sylvi seems very pleased by this notion.

"Huh.." He notes, "And Burger and Fries sound great." Amused

"Excellent." She pulls him in for a nice, long kiss.

The kiss gets very warm, very friendly, and then way beyond friendly.

The fact that they're still in the school lobby dimly enters Sylvi's mind, and she manages to break away, "Wow.... um...." Smiling.

"Sorry, I forgot where we were for a moment" He does not look THAT apologetic.

"Yeah. I'm...not really complaining. But...let's get some food?"

"Definitely" they walk, and actually have choices, sure, there's Wendy's, a McDonalds, a Burger king, but there are also places like the Firepit Grill

"Well...I've got a twenty, at least." She smiles. "Plus some allowance. Wendy's?"

"You want to go Dutch? " He asks

"Well, I want to at least help. I think I've got about $35, total."

"Okay okay, we go Dutch ...not sure it feels right making the girlfriend pay for it all when she's just been awesome as cheer leader leader" A smile "But if you want, I'll steal some of your fries"

"Sounds good. And...I'm not the leader." Although that's a tone of false modesty.

"Well, They thought so" he points out as they head into Wendy's. Crowd is steady, but not so crowded as to destroy the experience.

She stays close, her arm around him, contentedly scanning for choices.

"We were all listening to each other, it wasn't just me."

"Okay, well, I thought you all did well, but I'm biased towards you specifically" he looks at the order as they move up the line. For seating, there's a spot in the corner that's got room for two, or something more center

Sylvi places her order, including a celebratory milkshake. "What are you getting?"

"Burger, and shake..." he says And..."Jimmy?" He blinks

Jimmy tips his Wendy's hat, "i'm not for sale, but our frosties are awesome"

"Hey! I didn't even realize! How long have you been working here?"

He shrugs "It's just part time."
