She scrubs at her face again. "Sorry, sorry."

"For what?"

"Nothing to apologize for that I can see" Shrug

"Dunno. Vomiting all that." She pulls on her hoodie, trying to disappear more inside of it.

"Please. that's not vomit, one time I ate some bad shrimp.. I threw up things I'm not even sure how they got in me"

"I kind of wish you would come out of that thing. I'm not afraid of what I might see."

"It is rather badger like though, she's in her den there"

"Bad ass creatures, Badgers"

Trying to coax a smile

"Huh...never thought of it like that. A badger hoodie would be badass."

Dagmar bites on her lower lip, not able to formulate a response for Sylvi.

"...I like badgers."

"Still, though...you were in it in the hot weather, even when it was broiling. Just figure...you don't really need to be in it. Right? I've seen you kick ass, we all have."

"It's getting cold again."

"It will, winter wonderland mum says. You guys know this area better than I do in the Winter. but...Dagmar, if you ever want to try other styles, not for boys but YOURSELF, let us know. Sylvi is a wiz at fashion"

"I like it. Like my voile, too."

"Oh, I could totally help, yeah!" Sylvi sounds enthused.

"Well...yeah, okay..." A rapid de-enthusement.

"What's wrong with it?"

"Getting a bit frayed" She says

"It's still pretty good. And it's mine."

"All your clothes are yours" She points out

She nods. "Got new ones, too. New-new."

"It just doesn't..." She tries to figure out how to say it. "You kind of seem like you're hiding in it, and sometimes yeah, it's good to have something comfy like that....but maybe you can come out and not hide sometimes. And if you ever want to, we can find something really cool for you.

"But like you said...it's getting cold again."

"No kidding, I can't even wear midriffs anymore" A sigh

A shudder. "No way, nope." A pause. "The uniforms are tank tops."

"Right I..oh gee, now I'm back t thinking of dancing , if only to make dad twitchy"

"You gonna be able to manage tank tops?" She asks Dagmar.

"I thought I might ask Miss Gray if I could wear a shirt under. Rosenstein's not allowed to show her arms..."

Then a grin to Siv. "I think the Dancing would be cool."

"Why not?"

"I bet you'd be a good dancer."

"Some religious thing?"

"Ms . Gray's pretty cool. Oh, she's dating Lut, did you know that?"

"Lut? No way."

"Is she kinain?"

"Not that I know of. Just a mortal, though she's cool"

Sylvi's jaw drops. "She's...with Lut???

"She's...He's...." A blink. "Wow." Then a puzzled expression. "I wonder what dating a mortal is like."

"But don't you have a boyfriend?"

"I don't know, it would seem ..llless real to me, but maybe if you mused one"

"I do! I'm just saying...I wonder what it's like... I mean, does she feel all banal when they're kissing?"

"Like...can you taste the banality?" She scrunches her nose a little. "I know Ms. Gray isn't really bad, but..."

"Some people aren't, right? Like.... May, you know? She's normal, but she doesn't feel cold. Sometimes, after she comes over to practice, I feel like... like how I do after sleeping here, you know?"

"Warm."

" Dad is a Liam, he says that mortals have more glamour than we realize, you just have to help them reach it. Maybe Lut is musing her by dating her and..." A light blush

"nevermind." A mutter "Maybe I am boy crazy"

"Yeah, you are all about boys. But Bancroft likes you back?"

"I... think so" then "yes, yes he does. I just odn't know if he knows what to do about it yet."
