OH! The handle to Practice Swatter! Buddy grabs and prances inside with it.

A slow blink, as her adrenaline starts to wane. "I don't remember getting hit. That's.. oh... I feel it now, okay.."

"Not for long, but let me see." Brekke releases the wound long enough to yank up that side of her shirt. "Good...hold still." And she starts chanting, gathering glamour in old words that Dagmar doesn't know.

Dagmar flinches away.

"Itll be okay" Siv assures

Brekke's hand is back over the wound that is bleeding in earnest...but as she chants, the blood slows....

Dag tries to stand still, but she's tense.

A car is pulling up. Sounds like Jaymes' truck

Brekke is one of the few people in the Lodge who is stronger than Dagmar. Even if she squirms, she is not going anywhere, held steady and secure.

The glamour surges around the flesh, the flesh stops bleeding, and the wound puckers and then..well, save for a tiny scar, is GONE.

Tail wags.

She tugs on her stained shirt, pulling it way down. "...thanks..."

"Wicked Scar!" Siv approves

Brekke takes her bloody hand away from Dagmar's side, and carefully moves back. "You are welcome. And I am sorry." She looks at Siv. "How bad is your 'scratch'?"

"Less than an inch in. If you heal it, I wont' have a scar at all" A bit petulant "One of me first battles here, got nothing else to remember it by"

"What were they? Chimera?"

"Keep a journal, then. Save the scars until they cannot be avoided. Let me see." She goes to the sink to wash her hands, craning to look at Siv.

"Chimera, but complex ones. They vanished quickly, but were able to speak, to reason...to threaten."

Siv sighs, and lifts to show her own wound the gash is about an inch deep.

"Like Flopsy or Lovecraft?"

"Would Lovecraft disappear if she got hurt too bad?"

Jaymes opens the door, "People spend more money on lottery tickets than they do food some of them..." He comes in and looks round

Brekke sighs with loving irritation at Siv, but says only, "Hold still." And she starts singing...the Fishie Song. Possibly out of revenge.

The girl has enoough blood to blush and then some "Gawww"

"Fishie fishie fishie...." Dag picks up a snippet of refrain.

And soon enough.... "There. Good as new, or nearly."

"Not even a specck of a wound. ...Dagmaarr... don't sing that. Don't encourage them"

"Hello, Jaymes. The girls had a messy encounter...but they handled it very well."

"It's catchy, though."

Her voice sounds less concerned than her expression is.

Thud thud goes the tail, under a chair. Something being chewed on, looks like a part of Dagmar’s polearm.

"Dagmar, yes, complex chimera, like Flopsy...and I do not know Lovecraft well, but I suspect like her as well."

Dag's t-shirt (the grey one) has a brownish-red splotch on the side. "Lovecraft is pretty smart. She can talk."

((Jaymes is in the kitchen with them, right?))

Jaymes nods, "Okay. " H e moves to Dagmar "Hey, got details?" OOC: Yes 🙂

Siv sighs

"Um. There were chimera? Like, weird tree goblins."

"More from the decay guy?" Jaymes inquires, "You think?"

"No bugs."

Siv says "They did seem to be made of Rotted wood" Siv chimes in happy to have 'fishie' dropped

"I did not see enough of them. I got there as Dagmar was ripping the last one in half." Washing her hands once more.

"How many were there, Dagmar?" Jaymes isn't IGNORING Siv, but he's clearly paying more attention to Dagmar

She dries her hands and comes back to rest a hand on Siv's shoulder.

"Three?" Tug on the shirt again, turning so that side is away from Jaymes.

Jaymes nod, "So..you , and siv, kicked THREE tree goblinn asses by yourself?" blink blink "Holy snot."

"They were really short."

"And...Dagmar, I did not see your weapon out there. Did you two fight them by hand?"

Siv glances at her mother, then for some reason, chooses this moment to lean against her a little

"Flyswatter's upstairs..." That nervous look again. "I broke my practice weapon."

"You beat three nightmare chimera with a practice weapon, and then your fists? " Jaymes looks at her "Hey,Asgardian, give five" He holds out a hand.
