I had some old baby potatoes, about 3x2" piece of steak, 4 tbls of sausage gravy. Did eggs, English muffins, sliced up onion, cooked things up. Stretched it to 2 people w/a lil gravy & muffin left for me.

I added the last of the blue&straw berries to mine.

Making some egg white & veggie/cheese cups for easy breakfasts. Might cook some more later, now that I'm more mobile in the kitchen.

pho is pretty high carb, but it also has a ton of meat in it. When I was doing keto, I'd order with no noodles because it's still really good. If you wanted to try it, I'd just taste the noodles and leave most behind

the broth does have some sugar from the seasoning, but not a TON
