Heya! I was touring and demonstrating my daily schedule(s) and routine(s) for a co worker today as part of his acclimatization.

GOOD news is, I worked, I worked out, I ran two errands, I came home, had sit-down dinner with the fam and talked, observed our Advent calendar reading (and chocolate), and am settled down here, at least for a little bit.

I skipped the gym and ate fried chicken instead
