Ok, so... been logging meals and calories for about week now and I think a reasonable goal is to start decreasing the amount that I go over my daily limited. Like, from 1500 calories over to 1000 to 500......

The running gag is that my family's battle cry is "Anyone know where I left my coffee/drink?"

tired. Couldn't fall asleep, brain racing with nonsense, and woke up many times (including just before my alarm when I finally gave up)
