He wants fancy chocolates delivered to a client. But he doesn't want to use the chocolatier's shipping (UPS). He wants it delivered from the local boutique. But the boutique only has basic items on hand, not the fancy gift tower. They make them to order and ship UPS 2nd day. You can't get what he wants made and delivered from the local boutique.

I actually ordered from the same store a few weeks ago and can vouch that the shipping was prompt and on time, but that's not good enough?
