ugh, trying to pry info out of a coworker. There's a task I think was dropped on the floor, and she's not admitting it - it should have been assigned as part of a process months ago, and she says "I'm doing it now" , but that doesn't explain why you didn't have it in the first place...

I need to dig into these things so we can make sure that stuff isn't dropped moving forward!

she's supposed to provide training on how to use the new websites as part of the design process. I'm now finding that for most of the clients launched in the past couple YEARS she sent a single email saying "yeah we should do this..." to the client and then never followed up

a year later, the client thinks they are not able to update their site, and some random company courts them with an offer of an UPDATEABLE system.... and we lose a client
