It can be the most difficult meal to 'get to'.

I am pretty sure breakfast is super important

It is, esp if you're trying to improve your diet for health reasons.

Oh I'll probably have a Brunch but yes I should start eating it more regularly 😮

I have been making that effort, although not -as- successfully recently. I have found it helps to start small; maybe just V8 before I leave the house and bring yogurt and a granola bar to eat before 9 at work.

I've been trying to do breakfast. See, there is always a kettle of hot water for coffee or tea, so it's no more work to slosh a little hot water into a bowl with an oatmeal pack
