3 meals a day, regular times, MORE fruits, vegs, whole grains, beans, peas, low-fat dairy.

Drop sodas, candy, 'junk food' to include fast foods....

Salmon, mackerel, tuna, sardines -not fried - twice a week.

Avocados, nuts.

Use cannola, olive, and peanut oil (lightly).

You are probably going to need to do more meal prep.

Been busting butt to catch up at work from last week! And dealing with a huge rash/hives/some sort of allergic reaction, maybe from something in SF or on the plane ride home. Finally going to the doctor today, hopefully they can figure out what it is
