I am making this. I did it last year and used EITHER the garam marsala OR the Chinese five spice powder. I can't remember which but I recall liking one over the other. Now, I'm going to MAKE A NOTE this year... but which do you think would be best?

Garam masala would probably be more suitable since it's warmer and more for baked goods

5 spice would be interesting though!
