Coworker was having problems with a USB port on his laptop, so Dell support came out and replaced the motherboard

now the computer doesn't work at all

Well, we also pay big bucks for the highest level Pro Support Plus next business day support and repair

and they rescheduled 3 times so it was not, clearly, next day
