Yup! The recipe I have uses self-rising flour...but I also have a recipe for self-rising flour, so I make a batch and keep it around. 🙂

ALso I stupidly bought really nice cake pans years ago... in 9" size. All of the common recipes are for 8" pans, so it messes things up, but it doens't make sense to buy MORE pans... so I just seldom make cakes

Well, buy some not-so-nice 8 inchers.

The recipe I have has quantities for 9", 8", and 6" pans.

After the Day of 3 Cakes I only use good pans 😄
