Every year NPR reads the Declaration of Independence on July 4th (or the observed holiday, which is today). I managed to catch it today...and I honestly believe it's the first time I've ever heard the whole thing.

I would think so? Some of the requirements need prior coordination and agreement with counselor and parents. So that would be clarified.

I'm still sour on the Scouts for a few reasons, so I tend to anticipate heavily reactionary bias in what they will or will not allow.
