Water heater replacement - we have a 40 gal now that is ~11 years out of warranty, and probably has 10 gal of lime build up, with a new, more efficient 40 gal tank.

OR we can sacrifice some space inside that closet (alas, my storage rack!) and get a new 50 gal tank for more juice....

The 40 gal is probably sufficient. I DO like the hardware-ish storage...

Will see how the pricing come out.
