got a knock on my door at 12:40 or so... walking me up. Turns out B had fallen... hard! Ambulance was coming to help get her down the steps. Daughter and SIL went to hospital... B has broken finger tips and a chip in her back bone... hurt some ribs too.

I was goofing around and striking 'flurry' poses while Elsa was going through the intro thoughts in the song and when she really ramped into "Let it go! Let it go! I am one with the wind and storm!!" I was making BIG poses and lunges and Jewel comes out from around the couch and charges me!
