However, we were expecting 100 people, and the feast was four removes (courses) with appetizers before and a dessert course in the middle, so really six courses, and we only had 45 people show up, and there was SO MUCH FOOD in each remove that people were DONE after the second remove, so the roast beef remove and the roast pork remove barely got touched. Our cook is AMAZING, but she doesn't know how to work small.
