We're going to the animal shelter to look at who's there, and if nothing pans out, we plan to pick up the Petsmart cat around noon. She'll get adopted this weekend, I'm sure, but we have an application in on her already.

She's grey tabby but has a lil marmalade on her sides, hips, and the tippy tip of her tail. She's very well mannered and played nicely but I was able to pick her up and hold her with only a small struggle of protest; she was fine with it but wanted to play.

So by this time tomorrow, we should have a cat! I wanted to wait and be strong but..... I need this.

Is he not a cat person?

He's not a pet person; didn't have them growing up, he doesn't 'get' it.

BUT he's willing to take us all to the animal shelter tomorrow and if that doesn't find us someone we'll go pick up the girl we met today.

Huh.. Thinking about it, I'm not sure if I know anyone in the current sense that didn't haave a pet at least sometime in their life

I need pets in my life. And for the Things.... tick tock. Time is moving on, and we need to get the pets in here.
