2nd day of workout kicked my ass, I hurt all over. Combat Conditioning class = punch punch punch punch, duck, weave, squat, jump, squat, burpee, punch, punch, kick, repeat, die

The only workout I'm going to be doing for the next 3 days are 16oz bicep curls 🍻
