I finally read back, and yes, I do think if a sluagh finds an object that -obviously- belongs to another spying sluagh, especially if it can be tracked back to them, they wouldn't give it to another kith, or reveal them. Just for future reference. And no, it doesn't say that Listeners are unknown, so yeah, possible other kith at least are passably aware they might exist.

Jer and Thirteen have them, I think? Well, Jer does, but uses little since he has Tattletale.

Thirteen uses hers to scare people. Thats about it as she lives over the main room and can enter walls herself. Doesn't that make folks feel good.

*pulls out a stud-finder* Just leave Jer's wherever you find it. He'll be very upset if his spying gets revealed and his chimera gets stolen just to find out who it belongs to.

I dislike change to my routine.

I hate it when I am helping someone in box office and they jump ahead of the script! Just let me say my piece. I get ya.

nod I try to be understanding when it's a situation that the other person has a script and should follow it and things will generally go easier/faster if I just let them do it.

OTOH, I also end up in situations where I have to deal with a person who's on a script when I've got a challenge not covered by the script. I'm calling because all the script info is on the website, in a FAQ, etc. Exhausting that, I called them.... and then we get to the part where I have to jump off the script and it COMPLETELY derails them.

I know. Part of me feels bad b/c I know this is ALL they know and they have call times and they are going to have to escalate the call and they just wasted the call time.....

Another part feels smugly justified because I -know- that if I tired to explain before that point they'd still plow through the script and drag me along behind it.....

Look at the logic of it, though.

If a sluagh visitor found 1122 hiding in BillBill's hotel room, dug it out of the carpet and handed it to him, saying, "A sluagh is spying on you. Trace her through this. Oh, and if you see one of these, remember we can watch you through it." ...it's fairly obviously contrary to the spirit of the kith as written --- turning over another sluagh as a spy, to another kith.

(When Ice gave back 1122 while talking to Tanner, he made SURE that Tanner didn't know what it did or why it was sent; he picked 1122 up and pocketed it, then took it back to her. Even that I admit struck me as a borderline 'iffy' act.)

If I play a troll ignoring the Code of Dagda, although I've never actually read the kithbook, PLEASE tell me. I won't get buttsore for being corrected; I might present an argument, but will listen.

Yes, but -- are you saying sluagh would do that? Reveal each other?

If you're going to say, "You ain't my boss", that's kind of the same as saying, "I am closed off to hearing any other point of view." If I bring a troll into Rivervale, and want to play with other trolls, then how I interpret things DOES matter.
