Even as the flying troll asks, he reaches into a waistband and offers a scabbarded dagger "Here, better than nothing and not my main weapon. You'd honor me by using it if you need to, my lord"

"My blade was taken from me when I was attacked while offering quarter." August sums up succinctly "I'd like it back, if the opportunity allows." and from there he proceeds to inform Teegan about the situation, population, personas, and details of the labyrinth to which they are bound.... or at least as much as he knows.

"We shall seek it out, but for now?" He offers the dagger again, and lilstens to the story told "Monstrous. That would explain how this Darespark had time to build so many devices."

August takes the dagger willingly and on they fly.

August has been here before but this time the owl gets him much further in flying past many of the dangers which can't reach him - yet.

Then they do get in range as they enter the tunnels

He manages to avoid banging his head, AND weaving out of a golem's upreached hands and gets further in, the owl seems determined to get closer to its person

"I DO" He pulls out his spear

And Thane Teegan swoops down

And releases a p[powerful stab cutting the powerline, GLamour floods him but he holds on to his sanity

And.. no more golems are being made.

August urges his Owl onward.

And sees an Eshu chaining three carriages together

"There.... is one of those the carriage you saw?" he asks the Owl.

It swwooops over and looks around, but does not see its dreamer.

Ruzgala looks up, and glares at August "YOU."

OOC Describe where Ruzgala is and what's around her?

She is linking three carriages together, perhaps she hotwired them. She has some chyslaids in it

"Last time I gave YOU advice you dictumed me, Baron. YOu'll understand if I don't trust you anymore" She snorts "Darespark is about to escape in a some kind of rocket further up. YOu best move fast"

"The Thane that greeted us on arrival has a weapon, and is assisting us at the Duke's command. Get as many as you can to safety." and August urges the Owl to fly on, to some kind of rocket further up.

And off the Owl goes

OOC Is there a control panel, mission central, big red button, or large outlet plug? Anything to keep it grounded?

It looks more like a cartoon rocket ... fins and such.
