"It would appear" she says dryly "Ysnia.. chancellior, not by my will. The machine needed someone that could lie to a Gwydion"

"Who built the machine?"

Dag is a little grumpy, though she has been mostly waiting patiently.

"We did..." Angus crroaks though he sounds better he's still weak "After that stupid election, there were nightmares of vote counting gone wrong, that the choices mighte biased his way or that.. twas nonsense, but to help curb nervousa we tried to make the authenticator to advise impartially and fairly.. I meant it as a showpiece an advisor at best ... but something went wrong with it's programming. It ..decided It was the only logical thing so only it could rule."

Symon scoffs a bit, and looks at the Eilunid. "What are you going to do about that damn song you put out? It's still spreading, you know."

Looking back at the Pooka to make sure that Olace ate the cookie and is healing.

Olace is healing slowly, though she looks a bit disastisfied "it isn't squishy inside at all"

"Song?" Siv says brow raised

Ysnia says "Publically apologize. Pay those minstrels I paid to sing it coin or dross to change the lyrics"

To Siv, he whispers, "This Chancellor caught Chief's attention by spreading a derogatory song about Rivervale Trolls being Count Hemlock's dogs."

To the chancellor, "Tove of Rivervale should be consulted about the new lyrics."

Siv's eyes narrow at the whisper "Thannk you, Symon"

"It worked, though." He shrugs.

"What's this ... my hold slandered.. " Angus fusses "Ysnia.."

"if the lyrics were published and distributed, that's libel too." Helpful.

Ysnia mutters something that symon hears as "I'm begining to understannd house varich"

Symon's somewhat amused look darkens to a scowl, and he turns away.

She sees his scowl and mutters "Sorry" then she says louder "You're quite right, Symon the Denier. I owe many amends. I jus want to see my so-"

"MOM" A voice says from the hold entrance

And suddenly her apology to the sluagh is lost and Ysnia rushes forward stumbling to get to her son

Olace puts a hand on Symon "Sunwalkers am I right?"

He nods to her, and mutters, "It's shitty to get family involved." Meaning, of course, against those who threatened her child, not the Eilunid herself.

The boy says "mom mom... you gotta help him..he don't know who he is!"

Symon looks over, trying to figure out who "he" is.

Symon doesn't see anyone with the boy besides his mom.

No sign of Zane

He curses under his breath. "Make sure you eat the whole cookie." He says to Olace, wincing a bit as he hears Ann Marie, or perhaps Kerri, in his tone, and hurries that way. "Where is Zane? The one who came for you?" He hisses at the boy and his mother, demandingly.

"The guy who saved me? He's in the jeep... he don't know who he is" the boy repeats!

Symon slips past them and heads to the jeep.

Zane looks like a good looking moral kid but with curly hair..rather ordinary

A scowl as he goes to Zane's side and socks him in the arm. A weak punch at best, but he slaps a bit of glamour at the teen. "Wake up, moron."

"Hey what the.." he rubs his shoulder and drops phone he was trying to make sense of then blinnks "Oh.. thanks. Symon. I .. had to get the kid here.. veiling the car and stuff I...Ow"

Now that's aware of his fae nature, his fae mein is a mess!

Bruises, zaps.. contusions

"That didn't hurt. But what happened to you? Get in there and see if they have more cookies. You should have waited for backup."

"What happened to me? I went alone against three golems!" He says "Steam punk golems. Do you see 'warrior' on my forehead?"

"No, just dumbass. I tried to tell them to send help your way, but apparently the troll squad would rather pack bond with the Chief than help out the kid." He says, then regrets it. "Don't repeat that. I did try to tell them to help you though. Sorry they didn't figure it out. Go get healed."

He limps.. badly "I didn't have time. They radiowaved each other or something... andthen decided it was time to terminate the boy..." he nearly falls and puts his weight on Symon "May have broken a leg"

"Fffff....."

And for the second time, he finds himself lugging the wounded in for healing.

Frank sticks his head out of the door, looking after Symon.

Symon is shooting a scowl towards the building as he helps Zane over.

Frank steps out and approaches. "Boys?" a deep rumble "Everyone ok?"

"No, Zane almost got killed and forgotten taking on three golems alone. Why didn't anyone go help him?" Symon snaps.

the satyr is almost BARELY a satyr.. his glamoru weak, but he has a broken leg and so many bruises and breaks

"It's okay.." Zane says "I'm good. I just need a cookie.. by god I earnned it"

Frank grunts, and offers him one of the last cookies (not that Zane would know) and scoops him up to carry him easily.

"This is more than a cookie can fix." He scowls. "But it's a start."

Relieved of the Satyr's weight, Symon turns and heads back to the jeep. Scowling, he cleans up any traces of Zane's blood he can find.

Frank waits patiently for Symon; the satyr's weight is nothing.
