"Man that's surreal" Munching sounds

"What do we do for her? Piper's freaking out"

"Did you see Siv's look at us?"

Sylvi has been out all day on a venture into Manhattan, and she's just stepping into the hold (shopping bags in tow) as this discussion is going on. "Hey!" she says, surprised to see the group and the mass quantities of pizza. "What's up? Party?"

Actually, it's not so much mass quantities of pizza anymore, since Dirk's here. More like evidence that there had been mass quantities.

"Uhm.. yeah. A party" Linwood gulps

"Cool!" she says, setting down her bags. "What's the occasion?"

"Belated graduation" "Movie star's birthday" "Pride month" different voices blurt out different things

She blinks and looks around the room...and for the first time really does an inventory of who is here. It's an odd mixture, to be sure -- guys who are regulars, guys who she's barely ever seen, guys who get along, guys who don't get along....

"...Uh...guys? Am I...uh...interrupting something?"

Jordan sighs "We might as well tell her, guys. She's freeholder, and Dagmar can't hurt us if we out run her"

"Tell me what?" She frowns and looks around.

"easy for you to say," Jimmy obserrves

"Why would Dagmar want to hurt you?" she says, unpleasant suspicions growing evident in her tone.

These guys would never actually hurt her, she thinks. But if they thought they were doing something funny and upset her...grrrrrrrrrrr.

Dirk snorts. He respects Dagmar, but he's not about to admit being scared of anyone. "It ain't you, Sylvi. No one wants to be the first to snitch. Hey, do us a favor, use the rules and ORDER one of us to tell you what's going on? Right of Demense should be useful for SOMETHING"

A blink. That's an interesting dodge. "Okayyy..." She inhales slowly and focuses on her connection to the balefire, exhales, and then clearly and firmly says, "One of you will tell me exactly what the issue is, right now."

The Debukes, even Spencer , cross their arms , not enjoying the idea of wiggling around via loop hole. Iowa pride perhaps? Lyron looks unsure. Basil glares at the others.

She folds her arms. "Do not make me amp that up."

Jordan however, shrugs and goes with it, proudly unseelie, and not a troll, he's not big on keeping an agreement to the point of stupidity "Piper's pregnant. She was trying to find out which of us might be the father. Beltaine thing. PIper and Dagmar were asking us all to see what we remembered. It was a mess but no blood was shed. Siv came in . Dagmar wanted this on the lowdown, but they were looking for you anyway so I suppose this still follows the spirit of things anyway, but if she comes at me with Flyswater I'm hiding behind YOU"

Dirk laughs at that, then says "What he said."

A blink...and then a couple more blinks.

Bluescreen.

"Oh, geez. Holy crap, that...." She looks around at the group and winces. "Awkward."

"Yeah, we all had that reaction" Linwood says "I'm really worried about Piper. She's one of my best friends, and she's scared. So when you talk aabout this with her, be gentlee k?"

"Yeah, no, totally," she agrees, still stunned.

"Yeah" Basil still glares at Dirk and Jordan "My cousin trusts us not to make this harder than it has to be"

"Um...so..." She gestures vaguely at the entire group. "Who...?"

"Dude, she brought us in like a line up" Jordan reminds him, then looks to Sylvi "The Answer is unknown, but WE all had alibis"

"NOT that we need to repeat those to Sylvi" Dirk GLARES at the crowd warningly

"It...wasn't any of you? Oh, man...she must be a mess." She looks concerned toward the doorway out. "Siv's with her? Oh...wait...oh, crap, Siv isn't blaming her, is she? It was Beltaine."

A slight blush at her own Beltaine memory-blur of music and motion.

"Siv stayed out so she could keep her temper but it was US she was looking angry at, " Jimmy observes

I'm not even entirely sure who I was with... she thinks, glancing around the room again.

Carson waves "Hi? Carson DeBuke? We met maybe once. I know it sounds like a cop out, but if a DeBuke was found out to be the father, you know we'd take care of the baby . It's just, well, It really wasn't any of us"

"Dagmar thinks it might have been Jonas'" Jimmy observes

A brief reply-wave and nod to Carson, and then a brow furrow. "Was Jonas even there? He's been away."

"Dagmar is being a sap , Beltaine is powerful but no one flicker flashes in the Dreaming to OUT Of it" Jordan snorts "She just wants it to be romantic and stuff"

Dirk looks over at Jordan "You got a big mouth when she's not around" Then looks at Sylvi "Jonas is on a quest. Siv had some scrying tried Beltaine day for Jonas but he was in the dreaming and wouldn't make it"

"No, Flicker-flash doesn't work that way on the Silver." She remembers have discussed something about that with her father. "At least, not that I know of. So...not Jonas."

Lyron ponders "There was some mention of Colton... Darkgate left a steel flower and a note so someone was here from there"

Sylvi was halfway to getting a slice of whatever pizza is left, but she pauses at that. Just...pauses. Then says, "Oh?" in a carefully neutral tone as she picks up a slice.

"Well...could have been Wudlig? Or...Zane? Was Zane here?"

"Not Wudlig, he's wiht Silverwolf now" Someone says

Probably basil

"Yeah, but he knows Darkgate crafters."

"Well, Colton is dating KElby I think?" Spencer says

A blink. "No...Zane is dating Kelby." Pause. "I mean...he was?"

"Change ups happen" Basil shrugs
