Goldfinch, even non regulars, gather about ... looks like someone brought in Pizzas as bait

As bait, pizza has always been effective.

Everybody who has spent any amount of time at Goldfinch has been advised of the meeting, all the way up to Etsie.

Etsie is already eying a mushroom laden pizza

There are sodas and beers, too, plus whatever others might have contributed.

Dagmar is lurking at the fringes, clinging to a can of Dr. Pepper.

Sylvi paces a bit as folks gather. She doesn't want to start too early, but she doesn't want to start too late, and she's not quite sure how this is going to go....

Lucia comes in with more food "Got the sodas"

"Etsie, please, help yourself to pizza." She makes sure that the granddame has a good place to sit when she wants.

"You rock, Lucia."

Linwood says "Hey I'm hanging further b ack from the crowd but I can still here"

"Mom sent along cookies -- regular cookies -- but I'm going to wait to put those out until later. Otherwise they'll be gone too fast."

"I know" Lucia smiles 'you seen that Debuke boy? "

"Um, which one?" she says to Lucia. Then to Linwood, "Okay...? I mean...oh...we don't really have good outdoor space for a meeting like this..." she says apologetically.

"Just..ah, crowds and centaurs' He says

"Djalis? Darjeeling? Darn it, what was his name?" Lucia grins

"Djalis, I think. And...Lucia, you're blushing."

"He's so trying to get somewhere with me." A grin

"How hard does he have to try?" she teases.

"Depends" A chuckle "But it's fun to be chased"

"Well...sure. Just...I dunno if he wants to do more than chase. So maybe don't get caught too quick, if you want the chase to last."

'oh definitely" she flutters her wings "I think your mom is looking out for me too. which is sweet. Got TWo trolls watching my winged back"

"Well, I know you can handle yourself, but y'know. I'm here if you need back up."

"I will" A nod. "You texted Dagmar yet? we probably need one more witness from rivervale as an observer for Goldfinch's democracy and she can also glare at any redcaps or Rikki if they try to cause too much trouble"

"Oh, she's here!" Sylvi points over to where Dagmar is holding the wall up with her Dr. Pepper in hand. "Come on." She leads Lucia over to where Dagmar is. "Hey, you," she smiles to the Gwydion knight.

"Hey Sylvi. Lucia."

"Hey, Dagmar" Lucia waves "Sup?"

Shrug?

"Hey, I heard some stuff about a dragon? Did you really freeze-dry it from the inside?"

Her mouth quirks.

"I'm not great at cantrips, but I unleashed and it worked pretty good."

"Scary, doing it - it's pretty wild to have happen."

"that's AWeSOME" Lucia says "i knew you were good at ice and cold magics but a DrAGON?"

"Oh, man...unleashing, yeah." A shiver. "That's big."

Lindwood says "Isn't that Dangerous?"

"Back in my day, we didn't Unleash hardly at all" etsie says "Wsish we did, would have been a blast"

"I mean, it was trying to eat me at the time..."

"Yeah, doesn't get much more dangerous than that."

"Etsie, I can just imagine you unleashing." She air-guitars and makes sounds like a wailing solo.

"Maybe that's how I'll go on my last play" Etsie smiles

Quietly. "It was kinda awesome. Scary, but awesome."

Linwood says "Someone's gonna make a song about that, sorry Dagmar but you know they will"

"It's not so bad if somebody else does. You can act a little like the song person's a character, you know?"

Linwood nods "Don't worry, PIper is classy, she'll treat it right when she writes it up"

"What's that about me?" Piper trots down the stairs, a pencil behind an ear. "Sorry, I was just writing something up..."

"See?" Linwood says "She might be starting already"

Blink blink. "Oh, hey Dagmar!" A bright grin at the troll. "You should really come by more often."

While she wasn't really a stranger, Piper has definitely developed fondness for Dagmar since the recent quest. Maybe having even crossed the threshold from 'lodge adjacent acquaintance and 'dating my cousin', to 'friend'.
