"Who is this?" she asks the Baron quietly.

"I do not know," He says covering the light from his eyes straining to see "I believe it's a boggan, but I can't make him out"

"Let's find out." she suggests firmly.

"As we do not have a ship, unless you wish to swim, we will have to wait. Though..." THoughtful "I can leend him some assistance from here with magic if you wish"

"Please."

He gestures, and a wind, strong, builds...and begins to push the ship towards the shore with greater rapidity.

He has weather magics, it seems

Jess waits, watching.

The boggan closes, One of the thanes says "Baron, if I may?"

"You know this boggan?" The Baron says

"It looks like Santos , a decent fisherman."

"Santos? Mmm" The Baron nods and notes it

When the boggan hits shore, he gripes and fusses , not to nocker levels, but clearly trying to save his boat

Jess walks down to him.

The figure comes out trying to haul his boat in, pulling a rope "Blast it. I ... you there, little help?"

She helps! Pulls the boat in, at least.

"Gracious, you look familiar, pardon"

"You stand" The baron ahems "Before your Countess, Jessica Flamefree."

Shin-deep in water, Jess glances at the baron and then the fisherman "You're welcome. My name is Jessica and I thank you for your contribution to our County."

Santos, on the shore, bows and blushes "Pardon again, Countess. I am glad to see you and the baron actually care about your people. Those nobles from El Norte, they are punks"
