"Yes.... " she sounds uncertain "She hasn't spoken with me about it, though."

Olgar raises a brow and nods to Jessica

She sighs. "Do you know where Ellie is, Holger?"

"Si, she is out in the city shopping with Dame Ash and Salma for new dresses... and at least one new book"

"At least." Jessica knows full well the return trip will be LOADED with books. "Well, I'd like to talk to her before dinner, if possible."

"Bueno" holger says then says "Will Senor Olgar be asking Luis to join?" Naming the troll who dream danced two years ago ..with a ghostly guide to work to save him from banality and evil "He knows warehouses and back alleys..."

Olgar raises a brow "What now?"

"That's a good point, Holger." Jessica fills Olgar in on Luis's origins and currect status, at least as much as she's aware of. "He might be someone to talk to."

"Huh... rough start, turns out to be a good guy. Could be the sort... I'll see what he's got" A look to Holger "Thanks, Holger. See, the sharing of wisdom is also good service."

Holger puffs up a little at that. The boy is so earnestly eager to please he's adorable. one day, he'll be quite the thane, or, if the girls have their say, a knight

Jessica nods. "Good call, Holger."

Yup. Puffed "De Nada" he says modestly because he is a polite lad

Olgar looks at jessica, amusement at how adorable the kid is in hsi eyes, but he makes sure Holger doesn't see that.

She nods back at Olgar.

Holger says "Shall I seek out Senoir Luis for you?"

"Olgar?" she ceeds to him.

"Sure, if you find him near or in the hold" Making sure the kid doesn't go far

Holger nodss and heads off

Olgar watches him go "Kid's so seelie he's almost annoying, but he's also adorable. "

IC: "He's a good guy." Jess says fondly.

"And he'll be a good man. Honestly, he makes your mom smile."

"I'm glad both 'holds are benefiting from the exchange." she admits.

"Oh yeah, he's a good influence on some of the Rivervale kids who get a little wild, but I think they drag him along for fun too"

"I was..told I was wanted?" Luis says surprised

Jessica looks over. "Hello Luis. This is my uncle, Olgar. He wanted to have a word with you. Should I leave you?" the last question is to Olgar.

"If you don't mind, Jessica?" Olgar nods

Luis arches a brow

"I work for a living" Olgar smirks "It's about Rovers... and you"

She nods, and slips out. With Holger, if he's still around.

Holger walks out with Jessica, and says "Luis is a good man, he would make a good rover." A nod "He helped me with my shame and the girls never found out"

"Your... um... shame?"

He lowers his voice "I can tell you, because you also are a troll. A few days ago, the girls, they asked me to get them something from the next room.. it was on a shelf they could not reach. With my duty assigned, I went to attend only to find... " A deep breath "That I also, could not reach it. I was too..." Wince "Short. Luis saw me lamenting... and at first, offered to get it for me, but I told him 'no, senor, it is MY duty to get it..somehow'... and he nodded ,and he picked me up so I could get it after all. I got it down, he set me down, and I took it to the girls. Thus, he saved me from shame."

He is quite earnest in the near dishonor that occurred to him. As the tallest childling, one of his great contributions is getting things from above

Jessica nods, commiserating and not taking it lightly. "There was no chair or table or way to climb?"

"The chair was stacked with salma's books, the table had one of Ariel's family's quilts. Never have I felt so challenged by Da'an"

"Tricky. I think you handled it well."

"Sometimes it is hard to remember the power of teamwork. I don't like needing others too much" He admits "I wish I could do it all so my friends and charges would not have to."
