She's surprised to find the sidhe dangling upside down. Looks like an Ailil judging by his house colors. He's bound and tied up. His voile torn with a bird like design made by some sharp blade.

He appears to be gagged as well

Jess approaches carefully. She looks around, and behind, and above.

He's tied by a cord. No one else around. But the gag seems to have..words on it it in chimerical magic marker

Jess reads it.

In Spanish 'Dreamer thief- Poaching is bad- so says La Cernícala!!!'

Jess raises a King's brow at the Ailil as he spins gently in front of her.

He sputters angrily "Mmph grugglemph!"

"I hope you'll pardon caution on my part, my Lord. If you have identification on you, please blink twice."

She looks him over and guesses at the location. "Right pants pocket?"

Angry nod!

" do you mind if I take it out and read it?"

Jess has him in the recovery position, so the accusation is a little hard to read. "There's a note that says he's a Dreamer poacher."

"Sir Buce, do you know the word Cernícala?"

"Oh?" he bends down "Cerincala? I think that's a vampire served by a minion- Cernfield?"
