"Sure" He grunts "What kind of Chimera? " That said he heads with her as she does

She describes the figure, and shows him the feather while explaining it.

"The Nunehi are breaking the trreaty?" He blinks

"There's a treaty?" dry "I think there's a loose understanding and a sense of hope. Not the same thing."

"Oh yeah" A frown

"I don't know what it was, or why, or if there are more. Let's patrol and find out."

"You want to act as bait again, me further back, then lungging in?" Demos is clearly not a troll to sugest this strategy

"No, just want to finish the patrol, Demos."

"Okay" they patrol... but there are no more attacks, no signs of Nunnehi

Demos looks around "Seems quiet. Maybe whoever did sent it left, or maybe they don'tt like fair odds?"

"Maybe." pensively.

"Sorry boss. I was looking forward to a fight by your side"

"How did Tex do on your trip?"

"He nearly died , but toughened up and started to have fun pretty quick."

"Ah we had heatherbalms ready andn eyes out" he shrugs "Look, PHobos may dance with the Seelie side, if he does I donnn't wannna know, but most caps aren't just unseelie, we're primal to the core. We live in a world of hunger, rage, and horror...and we like it. Better Tex get the lessons while he's young "

"What do you think about pairing him up on the regular with others for combat skills?"

"Holger's solid... getting good. Ellie's pretty good with the sword.. either might work but you'll wannt him supervised so he doesn't slip"

"He miggh use his teeth whenn he's not supposed to , or lose his temper. 90 percennt sure he won't, bu you really want to take a 10 percent chance without supervision?"

"Look... my take on it... " And he gives her a low down what redcap kids can be like while they have a relatively safe patrol
