"Oh snow is loads of fun.." Ariel says "You can make snowballs.. or lay in it and make snow angels.."

"Maybe we could go visit Connor and Jack? They get snow there."

“But they are BOYS.”

Holger says "Standing right here"A sigh

“Exactly. We have our own.” She offers a churro to Holger. “Si?”

And already trained! She thinks, but does not say, though she grins to Ellie.

“I will hold the churro so you can stand guard but still eat it.”

“And maybe later if I have a snack, you can turn my pages so I do not need to stop reading.”

"Well, it's not fair they sneak in here and we can't visit them" Ariel says

“It’s only a doorway. Not even hard to get to like the Last time.” Having to fly home from the farm was fun, but slightly terrifying

"Maybe if we take a grownup?"

“Condesa Jessica is already there.”

"GIrls, she's getting to see her parents. She doesn't see them often" DAme Mitra the Eiluned seems firm about this

"She should see them more often, the door is Right There."

Mitra says "That's a whole nother fight"

“Si. If I had a door... l” she trails off, unsure. But adds,

“She should visit more. Then we could see the snow.”

"Maybe it will snow at Christmas? It always snows for Christmas. We could ask Santa to bring it."

“Si? It would not just be rain? I do not like rain, except to listen to it from inside.”

"Not if it's magic snow."

“Rain is best to be in and out of, that is when it is nicer than sun.” She tries to explain.

Holger's brow knits, he had liked the praise, but he was not sure he earned it. Now a thought comes to mind. Yes. he is resolved

“Magic snow, like Elsa and Anna. And Olaf.” She giggles. She is particularly fond of the reindeer, Sven.

“But our trolls, they are too tall. And not stone.”

Ariel says "I bet it could be done"

“Mostly not stone.” She straightens up and makes a firm expression, and instructs, “Girls, you must go to class but have no adventures, those are only for Grownups.” And does her best BROW.

SIGH.

"I want an adventure."

"I think eating all thse churros is an adventure "Dame Ash says

Ariel says "We'll get one" A hug for each "I gotta go."

Salma blushes, her Condesa impression was only meant for the kids to see. “Hurry back!”

"It's not a real adventure, though."

"Though churros are good."

To Ellie, she whispers, “if you ask Santa for one, he will bring it? He must, it is the contract.”

“Perhaps he will give us a ride there if I offer to help pull his sled.”

There, being of course, to The Adventure. “If we ALL ask, he cannot say no?”

Perhaps power in numbers.

"Sometimes Santa doesn't bring everything.. but.. but maybe if we ALL ask, maybe?"

"But aren't there things you want? I mean, books..."

“I want an adventure with my amigas. We have books I can read along the way.”

“If Holger will ask too, and help carry them.”

"Well, Ariel wants an adventure, too..."

And her eyes widen. And even quieter, she whispers, “we could ask him for an adventure to HELP.” And she covers her mouth, then her eyes, in explanation.

Ariel says "Aslong as itsiwht my friend..." AndAriel has to go andheads out

“If he cares for all ninos, he would help? Help us help?”

"He does!"

"Though... do we want to wait that long? Does he have magic before Christmas?"
