"Fontaine is very nice. He healed me after the bad people hurt me."

"Well... girls. Did you know that when she was younger, Countess Jessica had a favorite song in the shower?"

"I didn't SEE that it was her, of course. I am a gent. But I heard it going by the door" he explains

"Oh, no! What is her shower song?"

"Tig...."

"What, I said it was your favorite," Then explaining to the girls "She might have changed it"

Eyes wide and curious. "What was it??"

"Do you still sing in the shower? How do you know when you have a new favorite?" Turning the questions onto the Countess now.

Tig smirks and lets Jessica field this

"I like the rubber duck song."

"The song Ariel sings is my favorite. You know, that one song."

She nods to the little satyr.

"oh, that one" Ariel says

She nods!

Whle the girls are looking at jessica, Tig extends his ring finger and mimes Beyonce's motions

She turns to look, but Tig is innocent by the time she has her head around. An ear swivels, but she hasn't learnt to spy visually by audible cues yet. Maybe some day.

"No, I don't sing in the shower anymore." She says calmly.

"Oh that's a shame. It's fun" Ariel says

"Do you know the rubber duck song?"

"I could teach you. Ariel taught me!"

"That is So Sad. Lo siento. Una tragedia. We must teach you a new song. Cabracita?"

"Yes, Princesca! Teach her that one. El pato!" The Duck!

"Yes!" Ariel says I"ll do the music, you do the singing this time so she learns the lyrics"

"Alright! Salma, sing with me. Then, Jessica, you will know a good shower song!"

She turns a bit red, but obediently sings along - barely audible, letting Ellie carry the lyrics, but she IS singing!
And if some of the lyrics are in spanish, or the wrong order, it's harder to hear.

Ellie doesn't seem to mind that Salma is quiet. She holds her friend's hand, and more than makes up for the pooka in enthusiasm.

Jess smiles, a little, listening and learning the song as they sing. Thus does Tig learn Jessica now speaks pretty fluent Spanish.

"Oh, el patito, es mi favorito..." Squeezing back.

"Nice" Tig says

Ellie... switches, bopping back and forth into Spanish.

Jess picks up the tune and words where she can.

And Tig joins in , knowing Spanish himself.

"So now YOU know a song!" Content.

"Thank you Ellie, Ariel, Salma. Now I have a song for the shower."

"Yes. Troubadouring merit badge" Ariel says

"Maybe so! Perhaps.... hm. An idea." She makes a mental note.

"It's nice to have happy things."

"You kids are taking good care of Jessica. I can tell" Tig approves

"We take good care of each other. In fact, we just finished a Grand Tour around the County, visiting our friends in other Freeholds. Right?"

"We did! " Ariel says "I love Tidemarch's view of the sea"

"And the toy factory!"

"It was so nice!" Ariel says

"Yes. They sold some of their toys at Pennons at Bergen"

"They did?"

"Yep . Your dad bought .." He stops "Wait.. I might be ruining Yule gifts. Nevermind"

"you can't ruin YULE gifts" the Satyress gasps

"Dad hasn't gotten me toys in.... years. So I don't think that's it. No harm done."

"Does Santa know where Fenix is?"

Tig says "Are you kidding ? Santa knows where every house in the world is, every igloo, every yurt, every freehold. Any place a child calls home, he can get to like that" He snaps his fingers "Magic sleigh is better than flicker flash"
