The meal for Tig is fantastico, and he admits it "You told me they wanted to show off.. you didn't say it was like four courses"

He looks stuffed to the gills

Jessica chuckles. "You're lucky it was -only- four courses."

Salma is curious about the new troll. She has snuck up to slide a marzipan candy upon his placemat.

"And a marzipan? Seriously, whos trying to kill me?" He blinks

"I think he's from her home." Ellie whispers to Salma.

"Connor says they're ALL trolls. Except for Connor."

Ariel peeks in "Who's all trolls? Is this about the farm?"

"We're all trolls." She nods, tugging an ear, and tapping one of Ariel's buds. "See our horns?"

"Contessa's home. The River Vale."

Jessica clears her throat. "Tig, I'd like to introduce Countess Eleanora ap Beaumayn, and our friends Salma and Ariel."

"Ladies, this is Tig. He's a friend of mine from Rivervale, yes."

"Do they have a Library?"

Ellie bobs in a curtsey. "Hello!"

He turns, rises, though he takes a breath "Pardon me, ladies. I am very stuffed so may not be too graceful." He gives a troll salute and headbob "An honor. And no... they have more of a small study than a proper library but almost everyone has book shelves"

"Hmmph." She ponders this. "It makes sense to keep them in one place where you can read them all at once."

Perhaps the burro is a bit of a Bookwyrm herself.

"I think the lodge is maxed out for rooms.. unless there's a basement we could dig under and even then..."

Ariel says "Do you have a music hall?"

"No, but the lodge had good accoustics thanks to the rafters" he answers

A look at Jessica "Am a surprise guest on HGTV?"

"Do you have kittens?"

"They have a single cat.. her name is Mackerel. Oh and some dogs"

"They're curious. They also have kittens."

"You met one the other night."

A small wrinkle of her nose. DOGS.

Giggle. "Mackerel is a fish!"

"Do you live by the sea? Or a river or ocean?"

"I like it" Says Sea loving Ariel

"Near a river, and a like.. not an ocean"

"Mackerel are found in both temperate and tropical seas, mostly living along the coast or offshore in the oceanic environment."

She nods.

"And they go well on tacos."

"Oh.. lakes are okay I guess" Ariel says

but she is clearly not as enthused

"Rivers can be pretty, though!"

"Rivervale is yes, near a river, and a large lake."

"And a Vale?"

"Which sounds like, but is not, a Veil." She ponders this.

"Riverveil sounds pretty. But it would be hidden. A hidden river? Or something hidden by the river?"

She looks to Tig to answer.

"I think it would be hard to hide so many trolls."

"It's a lodge..." A pause "We have nice trees.. it is pretty." A pause "There's a spa room"

"We have that! With magical waters! And Fontaine, who mostly wears pants."

"Not many trees though." A sigh. "They seem so nice to sit and read under."

"You want to say 'PANTS" before you open the door." She nods, sagely.

"But do not worry. It is not a Fiona hold, so you do not need to say it for every door."

A sage nod.

Those ears must hear a lot.
