Adam is doing just that, dragging Piper behind him... but it's a struggle! He doesn't want to go, after all.....

The Fiona DOES seem confused. Why is she scared? "It's okay. Just let me help you, guide you, mold you, be what I want hyou to be and I am your serva..." then he turns to see the young Countess "Why your excellency. An honor" He bows

That was a command with the force of magic... suddenly, the wilders find themselves in the Court of the Little Countess.

And yes.. he bows.

Piper looks around for someone bigger than she - a handy troll, perhaps? Where are they when needed?

She points at Adam. "Stop."

Well, there's Clem and Spencer and ..Coy. GEEZ the DeBukes are invasive

The crowd around Countess Eleanor Hyacinth du Violette suddenly finds itself on their BEST behavior. Bows. Nods. Waiting tehir turn to speak

But Adam? He feels a new command wash away the old one, like a river breaking over a stream!

And he stops

"Tell me what happened." She looks at the four of them.

Adam turns and hugs Piper.

Over her shoulder he says to Eleanor. "This jerkwad has been lying to Phoebe."

Adam feels a powerful urge to add 'your excellency' to that

Piper sighs in relief... and trembles, feeling the sidhe magic. She turns though, and sinks to her knees, by the young sidhe - not trusting herself to curtsey correctly. "I'm sorry, Countess. I interrupted your party and started an argument. The blame is my own." Though, she shoots a LOOK at Itosius... maybe not one that would kill, but at least maim. "Though he deserves - no. Phoebe deserves better than his poison."

"Hell yeah." Adam agrees.

Adam might add 'Your excellency, and even change that to 'heck' as ..well, Childling protocals.

"Uh. Your, uh, Excellency."

Itosius says "Your excellency," he bows "I found this young kinian woman incredibly talented, and was intrigued. I spoke to her. Nothing more. Then suddenly I'm harrassed by this mongerel and a jealous ex" A frown "What noble would endure this?"

Ariel has frozen stiff a baffled look on her face

Salma is sunk deep into a curtsy - she seems to recognize this. Reaching out, she pats lightly at Ariel's arm, trying at reassurring.

"You are calling my friend a mongrel."

"I would reconsider, and try telling me your tale again."

"We do not play games with kinain here. I forbid it."

One Liam Knight, Sir Jack (Yeah yeah, he's heard about the satyrs) nods approvingly. Protocal allows for that

"Ah, forgive. I judge him more by his behavior than his heritage" He says "you see, Piper and I did date once. She grew jealous when I broke up, and sadly," He says "Well, she still seems to carry a grudge. A shame. I did want to congratulate her tonight. Then I saw this lovely young runner up, and realized she looked qquite lost . I thought to help her. Piper came up on the situation , and in what I can only assume is a jealous rage, began to accuse me of plots, none of which were true. And then ..Avis or whatever his name is, decided to insult "

"He tried to kill Adam." She suddenly realizes, and blurts out. Her voice twists a bit, making her wait her turn - and she adds, "Your Excellency."

"I most certainly did not, your excellency. I sought to humiliate not kill" The Fiona protests

"Phoebe - be brave, for you are under my protection. Tell me the truth of it. I know your past, but know you the shield I offer."

She - her mouth closes tight, it is Phoebe's turn to speak.

"The sidhe lord did say pretty words, telling me sweet things about my voice. Offering to help me find a patron., a Court where I coudl be troubadour and protected and so on. I am not ingrateful to the COuntess here. She gave me much for a good start. The others ARE better. I am fine with that, but hte way he spoke it sounded so promising. But then when PIper came upon the scene.. she used the same words he said. The same.. saying he had used them on her long ago"

A nose-wrinkle.

Adam seems to be experiencing an odd mixture; puzzlement and wonder that he cannot say what's on his mind (literally can't speak), protective of Phoebe, love towards Piper, and a real desire to bash fish-name's face in.

Phoebe looks tempted to say more

"Yes, Phoebe?"

"When I pointed that Piper was right... The great lord did say that was because I was good as Piper. It got worse, tense.. .I panicked. Then Adam called him a loser. And the lord unleahsed a dictum upon him... but it.. it reminded me of the Balor and I grew afraid."

"Thank you, Phoebe." She offers her hands out to the kinain, before turning a cool, dismissive gaze at the sidhe. "We do not approve of playing with our friends in a callous manner. You are not welcome at this party, leave our presence, and this hold."

THe kinain takes the chldling's hand.
