"And I'm glad she didn't end up choosing the same song as me, or I'd be packing up already." A grin to Ariel.

"Next, Dean, with Fee Rah Huri, instrumental version, of course" Nancy declares

Dean steps up, and starts to tap /stomp with a hoof! Then brings the flute to his lips, and magic!

Folks begin to clap along, the beat infectious!

Piper claps along, and can barely avoid stomping too, not wanting to drown out the sound of the flute!

The observant might see Jessica's index finger keeping time.

Ellie tugs at Salma. She wants to dance!

Salma pinks, embarassed, but encourages Ellie to dance!

Some do dance! Whether the girls do the same or not, it goes long enough for a few twirls, yet never feels tedious. Indeed, Dean moves between folks, through the crowd and seems to encourage, and play to this or that person but never losing the crowd

Then it finishes up and he kneels before Jessica in a flourish.

Nancy mutters something.

and there is much applause. Cheers.

Piper has fingers in her mouth and whistles shrilly in appreciation, because cheering wasn't enough!

"WOOHOOO!!! That was awesome!!!" Adam cheers.

Jessica nods to acknowledge Dean's flourish.

Nancy declares Neema next

The Selkie laughs "You set me up to follow that? " Then she says in a good nature, "Then let's have fun with it"

Ellie is dancing again!

The sounds are odd, but as she bangs on small drums or snaps her fingers ,she sometimes explains , in a cadence, the history of the song. SOmehow this doesn't lose anything

And Piper practically has to hold herself in place to not dance along to this...

Her hooves do beat in countertime, tapping along, she cannot help it.

And that odd clicking thing she does with her mouth ADDing to the music has Ariel almost envious!

okay, not almost.

It finishes up to cheers. Some less traveled folks are a bit confused, the music not what they're used to. Others find it exotic and thus mroe appealing, but most admit it was just a damn fun and fine song.

Another nod and a note.

Piper beams over to Neema - a rocky first introduction, but she loved the song.

Neema smiles waves to the crowd and retakes her spot.

"She's good....." Adam murmurs to Piper.

"Really good." She responds back. "I'd love to play with her someday..."

Adam can't help the interest evident in his eyes. "Yeah?"

She nods, eyes sparkling, her head filled with music... whatever else Adam may be thinking.

"Mmm." He draws her close for a kiss, just 'cause.

It takes her a moment to notice him leaning in, so focused is she on trying to catch sight of the next person up. But when she does, she gives him a quick kiss back. But it's clear, the music has her enthralled right now... That, and she's tapping a foot, a little nervous as her turn grows near.

And "Spencer DeBuke will not be seeking a position at court but he does perform...give him a welcome"

He doesn't mind, giving her a quick kiss and very content to watch her so enthralled.

Spencer comes out and straightens his outfit. Folks were expecting country, or broadway, instead he draws on an old love ballad

Piper clasps Adam's hand, watcher Spencer - eager to hear him sing again.

Eye contact with one woman after the other, allowing them to daydream about THEIR knight of the heart

Piper has to restrain a swoon.
