In some ways, conversation with him is less jarring than say with Siv. Jaymes says what's needful, and nutshells much. His fondness for Dagmar makes him linger a bit longer when it's related to his daughter, but unlike Siv, Jaymes doesn't bury her in so much side chatter that the core can get lost.
