"Sure," He pulls out his smart phone and shows her "Here's the listing, one three story apartment complex , an old hotel I could turn into one... and three individual houses. "

She reviews them, looking for anything that catches her attention.

A lot depends on what she's looking for. One of these houses is a foreclosure, she knows the family, mortals. The hotel could really use saving, it was once a grand bit of archecture, if he can fix it up without losing it's charm, it might be quite un banal

"I know this family." She murmurs, moving to show him. She tells him about them. "The hotel though... this place used to be a hotel and spa. This hotel here.... it could be nice. Inspiring, maybe."
