She makes a face at Mitra. "Shuri-girl, I think I gotta 'nuther target for ya."

"FIne fine..." Mitra says "Oh, speaking of toys, Shuri might find one to her liking, we've been getting beltaine gifts flicker flashed in"

Shuri is happily pseudo-immolating other items in the room, though she sometimes sits down a bit abruptly after overcompensating on the balance.

"Gifts? Who th'fuck from? Beltane-Claus?"

"Well, wine, decorations, food..." Mitra relates some of the things given.

"We think they are from Sir Bachdion."

"Yeah? Where they at? I let babygirl take a look."

"Oh, gods gift to goats? Fucker got a good deal outta this place, from what I seen."

Jessica gestures to the pile.

Diego coughs "Standing right here if we're going to praise members of my kith even sarcastically"

"Oh, please, like you be looking for compliments from the like of me." The nocker grump snorts at the satyr, then directs Shuri to the pile by taking her hand. "What we gots here, now...."

"Make sure it's not the ADULT toy pile..." Jack the Liam says but nods as Shuri has found the toys. Shuri's eyes widen as she sees an adorable stuffed animal spider! Perhaps it reminds her of daddy..kinda

"Awwww....yeah, okay, I think that got yer name all over it, babygirl. Here ya go." Tweak hands it to her daughter, relieving her of the flamethrower so she can adore the new toy.

Shuri squeezes it happily.

Moony tilts her head "Remarkably low tech. Maybe she's going to dream dance to be a boggan one day, the simple things, you know?"

"Bite yer tongue." Tweak snaps, but smirks. She's in a good mood. "Ahhh, whatever she gonna be, she gonna be fuckin' aces at it."

"Hate to admit it, but she probably is" The Eiluned concedes.

"Of course she is," Diego says "She's a seed planted in the grounds of Fenix, kithin or kinain, she's spring incarnate"

"Ahhh, yer alla bunch o' saps." Tweak tries to sound disgusted...but it's not working.

"No kidding" Demos says.

"Ah, SHuri is making a get away with her prize" Mitra gestures to the escaping kid

Bumping and dragging the spider

"She probably gonna try an' hunt down her daddy. Shuri! Girl, you you know he wit' th' girls right now...." Tweak follows the little girl who can put on some speed when she's motivated. They disappear out into the hallway.

"Don't tell her I said this," Mitra says "But I think she might be a good mother"

Jessica nods agreement. "Weird as it might sound, you're right."

Jess looks over preparations. "Ok, well.... other than being open to God and everybody, things look ready."

"Oh yes" Diego says "Supplies are..well, we were low, but thanks to donations from the DeBukes AND this, we can handle Beltaine" As steward he handles the supplies so seems relieved

Jessica claps a hand gently on his shoulder. "Good."

"Wish I could say it was all planned, but thank you, Jessica" He says

"Ok. Where's Tito Woden?"

"Oh, I need to get over to the Pit, too." Mental note.

"TIto Woden is HERE..." Tito Woden says as he enters dramatically

"Good." Less dramatically. Jessica explains her concerns. "Can we do anything to make us more secure?"

"From FLicker flash? The most powerful version of Wayfare? "

"Yes, that " Mitra says

Tito-WOden says "Normally a change of address"

Jessica frowns.

"Well, it IS the most powerful form of flickerflash there... now whoever needs to know the place..."

"And we gave him the tour" Mitra cuts in on Tito-Woden's comment
