Almandine however smiles, "I know of what she speaks. It's an excellent storyline and.. engaging."

"And it matters - that there is normalcy."

"Not mundanity. But a chance to be without grand expectations."

"Ah," The Eiluned says "The lessons where they learn they must let Aang be a child."

"Precisely."

Rosco looks a bit sheepish " A fair point. Spring must be spring, Summer comes soon enough."

"A good reminder," Bachdion nods "And your point is well made, Zara."

"Thank you for your understanding, gentlemen."

"We'll trust in Da'an, but I still like those qualifications idea" The Eiluned says. Then he looks up and makes a gesture, a counterweave that blocks a scrying "I don't know which childling did that but they've got talent."

Zara kenns, tasting the magic.

Lily, Zara did not know she had progressed to tattletale! Though it was countered before it could be useful.

somewhere, Zara is sure, there is a huffy girl with a tea cup being used for a bunk going 'oh bother it all'.

"It's a child's nature to be curious," Bachdion says with understanding.

Rosco hmmph " I may yet have to take an apprentice. What of you, Seer?" He looks to the Eiluned, "Have you an apprentice?"

"One or two, but I don't mention who they are." the Seer responds.

Zara sips her tea.

"You and Miss Zara are two peas in a pod," Rosco observes, "I bet if she has an apprentice, she's not telling either."

"You'd win that bet," Bachdion chuckles.

All around Zara, others are talking and feasting, various subjects abound.

Quiet amusement.

She notes Hume is back on his lap top, doing his work to gather yet more data and start his mission on letting the parents know of the scam aspects.

Oswald is talking about Andor.. AGAIN. While Emma pretends to be asleep playfully.

The childling stable hands whisper among themselves , which means Zara hears almost all of it. They're very glad their friends at the camp might get to play with them again under better management soon.

Dame Claire is nearby in a corner, a troubled look on her face. As the only Ailil here, this talk of the Shadow Court may have her feeling at odds with some part of her house anew.

Zara's never held particular animosity toward the Dragons - Balor are an entirely different story. And, unfortunately, that's a tale that she hasn't managed to suppress. Not when Coradel and August feature so heavily therein.

And her many, many siblings do not mind adding to.

It would seem so. Vashti, being a pooka, and with her own secrets, rarely tells the truth about the matter, but that does not stop Ivory and others from having let much slip. Fortunately, Balor are not popular with anyone here and Zara's foiling their plans has earned her respect in that, even if it comes with a reputation she did NOT seek.

Lily has tried to sneak in physically and is attempting to spy in person. It's an excellent effort! Along side her, Meila , more nervous and bundled, follows her lead. How adorable they are, spooky snoopy little urchins determined to hone their skills at intrusion on noble mandated dinners.

Zara believes she is the ONLY one that has noticed, so far!

Zara silently sends Four to check on them - but then, Four has always been fond of Lily.

This also lets them know they are known without blowing their cover to others.

Four bounds to the duty with enthusiasm and moves to follow Lily. Lily wants to fuss at having been caught, but she can't help but stroke the little spider , Meila coos over four as well. Lily sighs as Meila Coos. Sluagh do not coo, they hiss, they chuff perhaps, they judge silently, or nod approvingly, but cooing? Will Meila never learn proper sluagh dignity?

That said, they take this as approval from Zara that they may continue to spy, at least on non sluagh. And skulk about.

Meanwhile, Rosco scratches his chin, "I hope the new sidhe to come is of a proper House. Dougal would be ideal, we ARE practical."

Zara shakes her head, amused. "Da'an shall choose."

"We all have our favorites," The Eiluned chuckles. "And the warding against Balor is probably wise just in case."

"In this we are agreed. We shall need Naming to build the wards, though a layer of Sovereign... would not be amiss."

"I can provide that," Almandine assures.
