Bachdion, Knight and Fiona mentor seeks out his liege.

He might check the stables, as he knows she's been working out her impatience and worry on Samson's mane. However, she's not there, so the art gallery is probably the next best bet!

He does, then trots to the art gallery. He's been in a grand mood of late, but slows down to a more respectacble pace as he enters the gallery "Baroness?"

She turns from her contemplation of the arrangement of paintings on the west wall. "Teacher Mine!" She goes to him, reaching to claim his hands and give them a squeeze as she leans in for a light kiss. She also seems in a much improved mood than whenever he saw her last.

Bachdion kisses her, "Glad to see you shining again, my dear pupil. Not that anyone should deny your right to worry, but the Seer was kind enough to report to me that your trueheart and husband is , last heard, fine."

"He also told me you would be wanting use of my wayfare and soon. He found a location of where someone is being dropped off for a finder's fee?"

Her eyes widen. "He found one?" Then she gets a somewhat hungry grin, a lioness preparing for a hunt. "Splendid."

"My dear Baroness, the location is a small mews hold in the north. The Seer says you are aware it is not in your jurisdiction, but do be careful. The less folks have, the more they'll defend it"

"Don't underestimate them, you mean? Noted." However, her demeanor hasn't changed. Perhaps the message hasn't quite been taken to heart.

He makes sure his weapon is ready just in case, "Are you ready for travel or shall I take a few minutes? I fear the longer we take to go, the longer they have so deal up north maybe cemented."

"A moment." She goes to a wall and pulls a golden braided cord. Almost immediately, a servant appears. "Please advise Lord Hume that I will be away, but will likely be back shortly. A day or two. He is not to sell the manor to the highest bidder," she adds.

"Oh, and fetch me my maille shirt. Hurry, now!"

They hurry

She turns to Bachdion, already resplendent in a stylish red-and-silver gown.

They return with the maile shirt promptly

The maille shirt compliments her outfit perfectly. Of course it does. She gives a spin, and then nods to Bachdion. "Ready."

"Ready" he takes her hand and they vanish

And it almost looks like a dance step as they go.
