Delores checks her pocket watch "... seven, six, five, four, three, two... o..."

Bachdion appears in the dining area, his baroness by his side. He looks abit faded.

"Your meal is ready" Steward Delores curtsies

"Oh, thank you, Delores," Coradel says, smoothly passing her the bottles of wine, relieving Bachdion of his armload. "Bachdion, do you wish to take your meal by the balefire? I could join you there."

"That might be wise" He admits, even as Delores takes up the bottles "Though you might prefer a proper table for yourself? I am not offended."

"The table doesn't interest me nearly as much as the company. Delores, please have a table and chairs brought before the balefire. We'll eat there. And later, Sir Bachdion will need sleeping accommodations there." She takes Bachdion's arm once more, this time offering support surreptitiously.

"It'll all be arranged" SHe assures

"Oh, there hasn't been any sign of Ruzghala (sp?) yet, right?"

"No, Baroness, but about that... the fledges? I'm not sure even our hold can handle so many for long. "

"No, not without help. I'll check with Hume after dinner to see how he's doing with locating their holds of origin. And I suspect we may need to deputize some members of the barony to temporarily foster some of them until their status can be resolved."

"Shall I ask the Keyclub? They're unrepetent commoner rights folks but they put the Escheat first"

"Oh! Excellent thought! Yes, they'd be a fine resource in this."

She nods and has the table set up by the fire

"Come along, Teacher-Mine." She rather firmly brings him to the balefire and gets him settled at the table.

"Are you coddling me?" Bachdion looks more amused than offended.

It turns out, she might be, and he allows it
