"Ah." he pauses, sets the pen down, and straightens his papers "I think we have."

He picks up the pen again. "She seems charming."

"I am glad you have then. yes, she makes due with her afflicttionn with dignity"

"A... affliction?"

"Her features, Lord" She explains, "Surely you noticed she is lovely? High Cheekbones, smooth unmottled skin of almost pedastrian tones? She will not age to true hagdom "

A profound look of pity "Maybee her back will at least hunch"

"One.. ah, one can only hope." he murmurs, and starts to copy again.

"you'e kind, Baron. yes, perhaps she shall achieve a hunch and liver spots i time. Until then I fear she shall be courted... I should introduce her to Vince and get things over with"

"Yes." absently, pausing in his work "Vince.... has a courtliness that I'm sure she would value."

"He does" she agrees "My lord, do you have any current duties for me?"

"No, thank you Squire. The tea was very welcome. I'll just finish copying this."

She bows and slips away

He clears his throat and buckles down to COPY.
