She kenns to get a better sense of the...enchanted mortal?

Enchanted, and Coradel can feel an oath in the young woman.. one that seems to be tied to her in turn, or at least in a manner. SHe is no kinian, no fae blood per se, but the oath has entwined so strongly that her reaction to the glamour seems to bring up some collective memory

"I was just speaking with Rachel about the Right of Ignorance. Perhaps it would be wise to be ... circumspect about who she is, and why?"

"I don't mean to cause trouble" Rachel says

"And you haven't." he assures her.

"Thank you. But I'll be more discrete" she assures

"Nobody expects you to be able to negotiate everything perfectly the first day you're awake after so long."

"Rachel," her tone goes more serious, "your family knows me as Catherine, so Catherine I shall be to them and to you when we are all together. But...you know better."

"I do.. and thank you"

She frowns, but not at Rachel. "What she did to you was inexcusable."

"I didn't have good judgement at the time" She also says "But you're not Chloe. And if I remember nothing else I'll try to recall that" A beat "Catherine' A smile

She smiles. "Thank you. There may come a time where we need to navigate that old territory with your family, but it's not now. Well...since you're feeling so well, perhaps we should give you the grand tour?"

"Please" She looks about at this fairyland, delighted.

And August and Coradel get to show the hold off to Rachel, with pride

While the Baron and Baroness are too busy to notice, there is another guest who has been granted a room. He settles into it after a glance about, "This will do, " he says somberly, and slides in. Of course, the baron and baroness do not know he is there, and have no reason to investigate

And a voice begins to recite, "And so, I came to Earth Runes, a hold of first secrets, and now romances, but I repeat myself. I hope to do it proud, and am grateful for the chances this brings me."
