"A novel. I'll leave it for you when it's healed if you like."

"I might need to battle Bronte for it..."

He chuckles. "It would take me much longer to copy it out properly."

"Well then, I shall simply be patient and let the dragon have her due." Amused resignation.

"Who would have thought?" he teases so gently.

She moves to the book, then sees it is hurt "An injury is much sooner forgotten than an innsult" She breathes on it. Annd the damage heals

August blinks. "Well. Thank you, Bronte." He removes it from the fix-it stand.

"Feh. Bronte, you could have allowed him the joy of the craft... no patience!"

Bronte looks non contrite "My books are written with a strong chronological spine.

Doris Kearns Goodwin" and she grabs the book if she can and begins to read

"I'm sure her intentions were good, Zara."

And he gives up the book.
