The library door opens, and Bronte swoops in ahead of Zara.

August looks up, and smiles warmly.

"Hello Beautiful one."he greets Bronte.

"August of another summer, and once again, I am drinking the sun, and the lilies again are spread across the water."

"Oh, August is here? Hello!" A whispered greeting.

"Hello, Zara." with warm fondness.

And suddenly the librarian cloak flies up.. and then when it lands a small feline is SHOOTING Out the room

Zara blinks.

"Ah... hello, Zing?"

"You had a visitor. Zing, yes."

Given there is a cloak and mask left behind...

well, Zara need not be a detective to gather something was afoot, or apaw

She crouches to pick up the discarded garments.

The mask looks like her face, albeit, a drawing of her face, almost a caricature

An eyebrow creeps north.

The goth librarian outfit.. mmm, it should have more purple, obviously, but otherwise, not bad

"She was playing Librarian, I think." softly as he works.

A soft chuff, very nearly a laugh!

"No harm to the books, aye? But I shall send a fright her way, as etiquette demands."

Of course ,no less than three sisters can report

"I did suggest that you might, and she continued the game, so....."

"Precisely. I know my role." Amused.

"So - you are here, I trust Claire and Magnus do well? What of the babe?"

"A girl. Her name is River." with a shy smile. "We should let the parents announce but...."

"River, born on Friday the Thirteenth? Oh, how wonderful."

Zara remembers something of the destiny she helped guide the girl away from... perhaps River was a reward for her aid, or perhaps the parents just thought it a lovely name- which it is.

"She already has a powerful personality." August brags just a little "And Coradel says she has a firm, strong grip."

"Excellent!"

His smile is warm and fond.

"Ah, that reminds me.... may I ask you a question?"

"Aye?"

"It regards school."

She dims. "Aye?"

He takes a chair out for her, gesturing for her to be seated. "Please don't be like that; I don't mean to make you sad." gently and with real concern.

"Oh, just... school is soon."

"Yes?"

A soft huff.

"I am taking internet classes this semester."

"Many are." he points out, taking the seat next to her.

"I suppose."

"When you were attending in-person.... did you happen to run across, or hear about, a woman named Chelsea DuBois?"

"Strawberry blonde hair, about this tall...." he measures a height ".... she has, ah, a forceful if topical personality and interests."

"As in Chloe DuBois?"

"Ah. Yes. Cousin."

Zara has a good memory, she doesn't seem to remember the lady, but she wasn't a socializer. She barely set foot on Campus unless she had to.

"I do not remember her..."

August nods. "Well, I thought perhaps it was a long shot."

"But I thought I would ask."

"Sorry."

"No apology needed!" he smiles "If you'd known her, that would have been a trial all on it's own." he chuckles.
