Magnus says "I'm sorry, I AM a bit distracted. If your other two mentors think you're ready and the seer, then you probably are. "

"I haven't spoke to Dame Bondraste yet."

"Sir Bachdion didn't object."

"Well then, sounds like you're on your way" He ponders "Actually, there is one thing I'd like to do with your permission later, Adam?" Magnus seems to be focusing better the more he thinks it fits

"What's that, Sir?"

"Fair fortune, a cantrip for luck. No now, but closer o the saining? If you're okay with it"

"Luck? Do you think I'll need it?"

"Can't hurt" he says with a smile

Adam considers it, then shrugs and nods. "If you wish."

"Thanks. I'll wait until closer"

"Yes Sir. Also...."

"There's a Wake on the 5th starting at 7 for Nabuni. It's in the art gallery. Orgy at 10."

"Around 10." he qualifies.

"Claire just told me. She's.. she's pregnant . I'm going to be a dad" A laugh "is that crazy or.. what?"

"No wonder you look scattered" Bachdion laughs and slaps Magnus on the back "Congratulations"

"THANKS.." Magnus blurts then says "Sorry"

Adam offers a smile and his hand.

And he shakes it "You two are the first I've told yet. It's.. ha. I guess I AM going tobe a bit goofy for a bit"

"Well, you're a House Brother, Adam" A smile

"I hope so, Sir."

"Mm that's ap oint. He really should take the oath to formalize it... Brekke's wish or not"

"He's earned it" A nod "We all agree there"

A little smile. "That's.... that's nice to hear."

"Your grandmother would duel us if we disagreed" Magnus says

"And none of us are THAT Brave"

Adam grins again. "She insists I call her Grandma at the house, now she has you doing it too."

Some nods and smiles "Grandmothers are fierce"

And off they go to talk to 'Grandma Bondraste'
