For Adam, that was a hell of a night...Satyr plus Nab is... well, always energetic, and insatiable. They took all he had and encouraged more.

Stevi thanked him for a fun time

and as Nab slide out of her, Stevi went to use the shower and head off giving Adam a kiss, and trotting off

"Sure you want to stay? Crash here?" He calls after her somewhat weakly.

"Thanks, Adam sweetie but I gotta move along..damn that was good" she says "I felt everything three fold" She waves to nab "You, Nab, are dangerous"

"Oh, THANKS" Nab beams

"And you, SIR" to Adam, Stevi winks "Are one stallion of a fellow"

And out she goes

The stallion, exhausted.. falls to sleep

He wakes up in the morning to tend to chores and lessons, but... well.. ever watch 'the walkingdead'?

Adam blinks and shuffles through his morning tasks

After a morning cuddle with Nab, assuming she is there . And yes, he moves a bit gingerly.

Nab is Quite energetic and charged up

Dumas works by his side the kennels and tired or not, is happy to see Adam. Despite being 'inferior' Dumas is good natured and learning to be obedient. it's as if he tries to learn from the fae hounds

Nab's mood makes the aches worth it. Adam gets through his chores.

"Adam, if you fall into the bowl the dogs will think you're stealilng their food" Alanza observes

"Huh? Oh, hey.... how are you?" Adam drags himself up and will hug the eshu if she allows. Gently.

"Better than you" She laughs "Did you get any sleep last night?" She hugs him though

"Some." A grin. "Worth it. You?"

"Oh, I am bright eyed thanks to clean living" Smug "Okay I might have gotten into an adventure"

"Yeah? Wanna tell me about it while I finish?"

"Oh, well, since you're bending my arm.... but how to begin?" She says "WITH the classic once upon a time? Perhaps setting a scene with imagerey? Or maybe... no shit, there I was?" A grin but she goes on "Regardless, the crash of steel is what first got my attention. These are not strange sounds to me at the hold for sparring is not atypical, but one does not expect it to becoming from a bathroom! For who duels in an En Suite? "

"Then what happened?"

"I knocked on the door, asking 'are you okay'? And I heard a grunt of pain.. and heard steel again... taking a chance of a very embarrassing misunderstanding, I shoved in to find a chimerical black knight in battle with Dame Claire ap Ailil!"

"Dame Claire is pretty bad ass!"

"Did you jump in to fight with her?"

"that would be reckless" She protests, then says "So of course I did. Taking my scimitar, I launched forward to distract the Chimera... giving the Dame a chance to finish it off"

"The foe seemed to have no meat under the armor, certainly no blood, but she cut at the rivets, shattering the bonds of the armor, and defeated it! Then she turned to me and said 'not bad . Want to help me hunt down the one who sent this? It could get you killed... " A breath "And .. I said, DO I??? And went"

"Oh man!" He envies.

"Oh we tracked down the one who sent it.. and she was amazing. Went thorugh like FIVE guys to get to the mastermind. Made him swear an OAth to never return to this barony, nor send anyone or anything else. Then she cut his cheek to leave a scar and said 'so you remember your oath'"

"It was BAD ASS"

"I think I'm in love...." Adam 'swoons.'

" I might be there with you" She sighs

"She's married though." SIGH.

"Awww poor guy" She grins at him

"Nah, it's ok. Still nice to look at." A grin.

"Amazing... how is it my two assistants have mastered work without hands or even focus?" A cool voice. Sir Sergei

"Oh , sorry, Sir Sergei I.. had a story and.." Alanza blushes

"It was a good story, too. I'm just about done, Sir, honest."

"mm There will come a time, young ones, when you will learn that it is one thing to be at peace with your nature, it is another to be a slave to it. However, for now I move on." He goes up "Adam, no hawkery for you today. Tired as you are I don't want to risk the birds"

"Aw." Disappointed but understanding. "Yes, Sir."

A nod and chores resume

Indeed, with Adam focused on the dogs and NOT dealing with the birds today. he has a bit more free time by the end of his tasks

And, careful movement helps loosen sore muscles.

It does indeed.

And no sooner is he done, when he and Dumas get called forward by Sir Magnus

Adam follows.

"Adam, how.. oh dear. Adam, how do you have bags under your eyes?"

His grin says it all.

"Ah" Magnus actually laughs "Damn boy, you're going to age yourself gray at a rapid rate if you're not careful to put some vitamin in your diet. Still good on you. I wanted to tell you that Sir Bachdion is going to be busy for a while. SO .. Grand Dame Bondraste and I will be taking up some of his teaching , just for a while"
