"Well, if we end up throwing some sort of welcome get together, I'd love it if you came to rep for Earth Runes... and bring Siv along. Or vise versa!"

"Mmm If the Baroness doesn't need me, I'll consider it" he says with a shrug

A small frown, but she nods. "Well, otherwise, maybe I can come back some time to visit again." A grin to Siv. "I'm not sure what I expected... but for a Baroness's Court, I like this part of it well enough."

"Oh, Jack runs a loose ship down here" Siv winks at him "And don't take his hedging personal. He provides the booze for most of the place aso if he's gone, well, Vince is on his own. Not that Vince can't handle it most of the time" SHe says "The rest is a bit..grander, but not too bad as Noble Courts go. We have an art galllery, a ball room, the throne room, the gardens are lovely... some stables... I can show you around if you like?"

"Oh... maybe the gardens some time? That sounds nice." A grin. "I'm a simple enough goat, the flowers in the garden suit me better then the ones of the court."

"Come on... I'll show you... you probably rushed through them on the way through the trods"

"In that case, you'll have to show her the hedge maze, Siv...." Coradel says as she strides into the bar.

He nods. "Jack. Captain."

"oh.. " Siv bows Though things ARE more relaxed in the pub "Baroness Coradel, Baron August.. this is a friend of mine, Piper. She's new-ish to Rivervale"

"Baroness??" She slips off her stool, sinking into a curtsy, head down. Not the best, but not terrible.

The raven-haired, smooth-cheeked Sidhe nods with a gentle smile. "Miss Piper. A pleasure."

Coradel tilts her head at Siv's bow and in acknowledgment of the younger satyr. "You don't look much like a troll to me, Piper," she grins.

A chuckle, smile on her face as she straightens up. And smile freezes a bit in place as she takes in both Baroness and Baron, and gets that hint of unease from the Liam. "Baron, Baroness, uh, Siv speaks highly of you." A glance over at Siv.

"We clearly haven't given her enough meet, your ladyship," Siv smiles and gives Piper a reassuring look

Oh, Coradel doesn't miss that little flinch, and her brows raise just slightly in response. But her voice is light enough. "Captain Siv has been a delight, so I expect those she welcomes to visit must have the same qualities. Yes, Captain, you must show her the hedge maze. She'll surely enjoy it."

"Uh, maybe next visit?" She whispers over at Siv, "I'm... surely not proper made up to greet nobles, and all. I mean, I got splashed by the trod at Firnost! Do you KNOW where the trod is?"

August gives Coradel's hand a little squeeze and moves away, taking a seat at the far end of the bar. He's still in the room but removing himself from the company as much as he can.

Her cheeks are a bit flushed, from embarrasment perhaps.

Siv fights a smile "Yes. Yes I do." she mutters ot her friend, then nods to Coradel, "Next time she visits I'll see if she enjoys playing find my passage" A grin

Jack the Bartender grunts and gets August's usual, and something he knows Coradel likes

And even Piper can't avoid a snort-snicker at that, which she covers up!

Coradel's hand follows his for a moment as he walks away, her arm extending after him before she turns back to look at the women. "The Firnost trod is...well...it is Firnost. It has its uses."

The Baron sips his.... sparkling water.

Then a light laugh at Siv. "Ever the gameswoman, Captain."

"Well, It'd be rude for me not to escort her home so, begging your pardon" Siv says

A glance at Siv that is filled with gratitude and a touch of adoration. Oh, it is obvious that the satyr is fond of this Captain!

"Are you sure? I can make my way if you have duties..."

Coradel nods graciously, "Do travel smoothly," and then accepts her glass from Jack as she goes to sit with August.

"Manners makeith Man, but Courtesy becomes a lady..." Siv says "I'm not good at that , but one must try" THen to the Baroness another bow "Aye, Baroness" And she guides Piper out so the satyr can relax and make her way home.

The young man smiles warmly as Coradel joins him.

She gives another curtsy towards the sidhe - roughly in the direction of both. "Thanks again Jack..." She calls softly to the bartender and steps out with Siv.

And she might leave Siv behind unknowingly as her pace picks up...

"Bit of hero worship there," Coradel comments as she takes a seat. "Or an outright crush, I'm not sure."

Jack nods "Yeah, saw it too. Not sure the captain did"

Not loudly enough for either Siv or Piper to hear.

"Hm-mm." Coradel shrugs and toasts the world at large with her drink before knocking it back.

August blinks. "Ah."

He glances at the couple who's just left.

And Jack fills the two nobles in...
