August acknowledges the gratitude with a small bow and retreats to his tea.

Siv steps back with August and whispers "I almost earned a witch's wrath there"

Then siv pauses "And she can hear me even when I whisper, can't she?"

"She can." Zara whispers.

Earl chuckles at that, proud.

Siv waggles fingers at Earl and Zara

August nods, confirming Siv's fears.

"Fortunately, the hurt seems minimal."

"Yeah, I need to sit up, get up and get off the practice thing" He sits up

Zara makes fussy, hissy noises.

August watches; he is ready to go lend a hand, but....

"Zara, love, I'll be fine. And I do need to get down from here... I'll take it easy, but it's better I walk around anyway after a head bump like that mmm?"

"Feh."

But... she helps him up.

Still clutching frozen goods to his heaed with one hand, Zara helps him grabbing the others and he makes his way down the ramp "I really do have a lot of ideas now.. it's amazing. Like a DOZEN ideas... I need to paint"

August watches them fondly.

Siv mutters to August "He gets a whomp on the noggin and his first idea is to paint?"

"Well, thou mayest not sleep. Aye, aye.... I shall tend thy easel...."

"You don't have to, but I wold welcome the company" he says

August nods serenely. "He's an artist."

Siv says "mmph.. I would think he'd be celbrating life by wooing zara and making mad passionate love to her" Another whisper

The baron PINKS. "Ah."

Zara steers Earl to their room - indeed, to set up paint and canvas for him. Sleep is dangerous, even with healing...

And off he goes, under his love's careful scrutny

Siv watches them go, then goes 'Ooo' A thought

August clears his throat.

"Yes, I think she'll ah..manage him fine" A grin and mutter "Go , Raven go"

"Ah, Raven?"

"Oh... " A surprised look at him, then "Well, I'd tell you but if you don't know I ight be betraying a trust"

August looks in the direction Zara and Earl took. "Zara? Raven?"

"Are you ordering me to answer straight, Baron?" She asks

"No, Captain. But thank you. I can respect secrets." A small smile.

"I thought you might" A smile

August offers the troll a bow. "Will you excuse me? I should get back to my studies. I'll have someone come take care of the tea things."

"Oh, I'll get it, and good studying, August. " She says

"If you like." And August grabs his book and continues on.

And Siv turns counting the tea cups in Norwegian to practice as she cleans.
